Dayseries is a personal day planner for iPhone. There is no account to sign up for and no server of ours in the loop: your data lives on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Most questions are answered below; for anything else, email us.

Frequently asked

What counts as winning a day?

A day is a win when every task due that day is done and every habit that counts toward the win is completed. Each day gets a win or loss score, and so does each week.

A habit can be set not to count toward the win, and any habit can be skipped for a single day without costing you the day.

What can I plan with Dayseries?

Tasks with due dates and reminders, habits, goals, recurring tasks, and a note for each day. Calendar events can sit alongside your tasks if you connect a calendar.

How do I connect my calendar?

Dayseries can connect Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or both. Apple Calendar means the calendars already on your iPhone, through iOS calendar access. Google Calendar means signing in with Google; Dayseries asks for permission to read your calendars and to create, edit and delete events.

Once connected, events show next to your tasks in the Day tab and as bars on the month view. Each calendar has its own sync toggle, plus a visibility eye that hides a calendar without removing anything.

Can I create and edit events from Dayseries?

Yes. You can create, edit and delete events from Dayseries. Editing a recurring event asks whether to change just this event or the rest of the series.

One limit: Apple Calendar cannot add or remove guests from Dayseries. Manage guests in the Calendar app.

How do I disconnect a calendar?

Google: remove the connection in the app, or revoke it at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Apple: revoke access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars.

Where is my data stored, and does it sync?

Your data lives on your iPhone and syncs through your own iCloud account. We have no server and no access to it.

Dayseries also writes automatic JSON backups to your iCloud Drive; find them in Files → Dayseries → Backups.

Can I export or import my data?

Yes. Settings has export and import of your data as a file.

How does dictation work?

Dictation uses Apple's Speech framework to turn what you say into text. Your audio may be processed by Apple; Dayseries itself keeps only the resulting text. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Why do the AI buttons say they are unavailable?

Dayseries's AI features (pulling tasks out of a dictation, goal enhancement, recaps) run on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence. They need a supported iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on. On any other device, those buttons explain that they are unavailable; the rest of the app works the same.

Is there a widget?

A home-screen widget shows the day's status.

Which devices does Dayseries run on?

iPhone only, on iOS 26 or later.

Do I need an account? Is there tracking?

No account, no analytics, no ads. See the Privacy Policy.
