Use of the Site
You may view and use this Site for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.
Content is not professional advice
Second Kick Moto publishes videos, photos, and articles about motorcycles, off-road and adventure riding, and working on machines in a home garage. All of it is shared for entertainment and general information only. It is not professional mechanical, safety, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for your vehicle's service manual, a qualified mechanic, proper training, or your own judgment. Riding and wrenching are inherently dangerous. Anything you choose to do based on our content — on a bike, in a garage, or on a trail — you do entirely at your own risk.
Intellectual property
The content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Second Kick Moto name and marks, is owned by Second Kick Moto LLC and is protected by applicable law. You may not use our marks without our prior written permission.

The Site links to third-party platforms and services, including YouTube, Instagram, the App Store, and the sites of parts and gear we mention. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Mentioning a product is not an endorsement or a guarantee that it will suit your machine or your riding.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Kick Moto LLC and its members and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of your use of or reliance on the Site or any content we publish anywhere. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Second Kick Moto LLC and its members and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or our content, or your violation of these terms or of any law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
